the adecomm optical terminators are functional devices using metal-ion doped fibers. these products prevent the reflection of light that are present at open end systems.
features:
* ideal to be used with ports that do not have an output fiber connected to them
* reduce back reflections into the input fiber
* improve the typical back reflections from an unused port can be as poor as 20 db.
